GENERAL SHIPPING TERMS
All orders placed on Karla Jewels (operated by D’Frame Studio, a sole proprietorship registered in Maharashtra, India) are processed and shipped in accordance with this Shipping Policy. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship within India only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

  • Average delivery time: 5–7 business days, depending on your location and courier partner.

  • Delivery times may vary due to external factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather conditions, strikes).

SHIPPING PARTNERS
We partner with trusted courier services including Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, ExpressBees, EcomExpress, Ekart, Amazon, Shadowfax, and Shiprocket to ensure timely deliveries.

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Free shipping is available on orders above ₹500.

  • For orders below ₹500, standard shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS.

  • Customers can also check the tracking status on our website’s Tracking Page.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS

  • COD orders are accepted with no extra fee.

  • All COD orders require verification over phone call before shipping. Orders not verified may be cancelled.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses, or restricted pin codes as per courier limitations.

  • Delivery to remote or out-of-service areas may take longer than the usual delivery timeframe.

ORDER DELAYS OR NON-DELIVERY
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  1. Please check the tracking information provided.

    We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.

SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Karla Jewels will not be liable for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please record an unboxing video and contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and assist with a replacement or resolution as per our Return Policy.

FORCE MAJEURE / BEYOND OUR CONTROL
Karla Jewels shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver orders caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, labor disputes, transportation failures, courier network disruptions, government actions, or acts of God.
